Coordination with the person in charge of the electronic system and the website of the medical institution to prepare the electronic file. 6. Cooperation with the attending physician to prepare a summary of the patient's case and documents in English 7. Following up on emergency events that may happen to the patient within 24 hours 8. Providing sufficient information to the patient about the patient's complaint and treatment process

6. Guiding and introducing the international patient to the department where the international patient is hospitalized
7. Assisting in translation and communication of the international patient with the medical and nursing staff during the hospitalization of the international patient
8. Carrying out the necessary inter-departmental coordination in the hospital to facilitate and accelerate the provision of services to international patients
